We currently have a vacancy for a Payroll Administrator to join our successful accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive established company and gain invaluable experience.
The successful candidate will be ambitous and enthusiastic with a genuine desire to learn and establish their career.
Extensive on the job training and day to day support will be provided to the candidate, enabling him/her to complete their tasks effectively and to ensure they gain relevant and valuable experience as they commence their career.
Responsibilities:
* Processing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll
* Updating employee details on system
* Dealing with any payroll queries
* Liasing with operations manager and clients
* Accounts administration duties
* Bank transaction posting
The ideal candidate:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in payroll.
* Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or has completed a payroll course
* Strong IT skills essential (Excel, Word)
* Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
* Ability to work to tight reporting deadlines
